Recommended use:

The Rab Expedition 1200 is a down sleeping bag designed for extreme cold conditions at high altitudes and polar expeditions. Its specialized construction, high fill power, and waterproof materials make it a must-have for high-altitude mountaineering and Arctic environments where thermal performance is critical.

Highlighted Features:

• 850FP European goose down filling with Nikwax® hydrophobic treatment that improves performance in humid environments and prolongs the life of the insulation.
• 1,200g of down (regular size) distributed in trapezoidal chambers to maximize heat retention and eliminate cold spots.
• Pertex® Quantum Pro (100% PU-coated nylon) exterior, highly water and wind resistant, ideal for use at base camps or bivouacs without a tent.
• Expedition Fit design, wider to allow the use of thick thermal clothing inside without compressing the down.
• Anatomically designed hood with adjustable thermal collar that prevents heat loss during the night.
• Anti-chill flap and ¾-length YKK® zipper with anti-jam guard, strategically positioned on the left side to minimize heat loss.
• Includes waterproof compression sack and cotton storage bag to preserve down loft.

• Exterior: Pertex® Quantum Pro 30D (100% PU coated nylon, 63 g/m²).
• Interior: 20D lightweight nylon with soft touch and excellent breathability (100% nylon).
• Insulation: 850FP European goose down, 100% natural, RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certified and Nikwax® treated.
