The Rab Expedition 1400 is the warmest sleeping bag in the Rab line, designed to withstand extreme temperatures on polar expeditions, high-altitude summits, or harsh winter conditions. Its high-volume insulation and technical materials make it indispensable for those operating in the harshest environments on the planet.

Highlighted Features:

• 1,400g of 850FP (fill power) European goose down with Nikwax® hydrophobic treatment , which retains its thermal capacity even in wet conditions.
• Pertex® Quantum Pro exterior with a waterproof and windproof coating, specifically designed for untented bivouacs or in arctic environments.
• Trapezoidal chamber construction ensures even down distribution and prevents cold spots.
• Expedition Fit: Roomier design for use with down or thermal clothing without compressing insulation.
• Hood with wraparound design, adjustable thermal collar and interior anti-chill flap along the ¾ YKK® zipper, for a complete thermal seal.
• Zipper on the left side to minimize heat loss and facilitate access from inside a tent.
• Includes waterproof compression sack and cotton storage bag to preserve down loft.

• Exterior: Pertex® Quantum Pro 30D (100% PU coated nylon, 63 g/m²).
• Interior: 20D nylon with soft touch and excellent breathability.
• Insulation: RDS certified 850FP European goose down with Nikwax® hydrophobic treatment, PFC free.

Certifications and sustainability:

• RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certified down, guaranteeing animal welfare and traceability.
• Nikwax® PFC-free treatment, applied directly to the down to improve its wet performance.
